workout sites

Hello, so today I wanted to let you know about some good workout sites. I have tried a few of them out but have not actually done them on a regular basis, so I cannot tell you too much about them, just the basics.

The first one, that I learned about from my dad, because started to do it is www.crossfit.com.
Crossfit is a free site that gives you daily workout routines that you can follow. Not only that, but you can follow other people on it and read posts that other put about how their workout went. Be cautious here because some people may stretch the truth a little trying to make themselves look good. Getting past that, some of the workouts are really intense and they are honestly not for everyone. Some people may have to modify the workout a bit in order to get it done. Be careful and work your way up to the full workout if you are just starting.

A second workout site that is also free is www.intense-workout.com.
Intense-workout according to the site gives you information about everything related to weightlifting, bodybuilding and fitness, workout routines, workout programs and splits, weight loss and losing fat, how to gain weight and muscle mass naturally (steroid and drug free), descriptions of exercises for each muscle group, supplements, diet and nutrition including step by step specific weight loss diets and weight gain diets, plus every thing else you need to know in order to get the body you want.

I looked around the site and it does seem to have some pretty good information on it, so it might be something else to look into if Crossfit is not the kind of workout you are looking for.

Here are a few more that I am a little less familiar with but might be worth checking out:
